Can you offer what I need for my budget?

We’ll talk about your budget at incept and always work within the budget unless additional requests or unforeseen costs are incurred. However, we always advise you in advance of any unexpected increase to your budget.

Do I need a serial number to use your products?

No serial numbers are required, but there will be Passwords and two-factor authentication for some work undertaken. 

How long does it take to build a website?

We would typically talk about timings beforehand. Depending on the number of pages, the complexity of the content and the features your site requires determine how the length of time a website can take.

Can you rework my existing website?

If you have an existing site then yes, we can usually adapt it as required. In some instances, however, it may actually be deemed cheaper to upgrade your website to another platform.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Simply contact us anytime to make changes to your project or add features. 

Do I need to sign up for your services?

We do offer some services on a subscription basis but generally no there is no, sign up process. Just contact us if you are interested in any particular service.

Do you provide technical support?

Yes. We always try to provide you with as much information as is necessary, but in respect of Websites and Hosting, we provide technical support if needed. Depending on your account with us, it is usually free.

What kind of subscriptions do you offer?

For website development and hosting, we provide a rolling subscription model, monthly, quarterly or annual payable by direct debit. Details will be provided before work commences, and you can opt-in to a subscription or pay for the services as a one-off fee. The choice is yours.

What is your refund policy?

Once work has commenced we do not offer any refund for any work already undertaken.

Do you offer long-term support?

Yes we do. In factt some of our clients have been with us for 20 years or more.

Do I have to pay for updates?

Unless you pay for a monthly, quarterly or annual contract, any updates are chargeable at a pre-agreed hourly rate. However, there are some instances where we provide updates free of charge.
